MyPath will refund monies associated with course cancellation only. Only users registered for a singular cancelled instance will receive a refund.  Should a user be unable to attend the scheduled event due to technical difficulties, MyPath will review these scenarios on a case-by-case basis.  All claims can be sent to contact_us@mypath.com.

MyPath does not provide refunds to participant in the case of missed courses.

Q: Can I send my assessment results to a career coach and receive individual feedback and advice?
A: No. The webinar teaches you how to analyze your assessment results, giving you insight about where your interests really are, what’s important to you, and what motivates you.The coaches then guide tyou to  use this insight to determine what the next steps could be for your career.

Q: Will the presentation be tailored to the participants based on their assessment reports?
A:
  No, however participants should take the assessments before the webinar.  While we can’t prevent someone from attending if they have not taken the assessments, the participant is less likely to get the results and advice they want.

Q: What is the format of these courses?
A:
The courses will be presented in a webinar format with audio via toll free phone number. Attendees can interact by phone and submit questions online during the event.

Q: What materials will attendees receive before or after the course?
A:
  A worksheet will be sent to the participants which should be completed before the course.

Q: Is there a “cutoff” for registration prior to the event?
A:
Users can register for an event up to 60 minutes before the start of the webinar.  .

Q: How many people can attend each webinar?
A:
Up to 20 participants can attend a single event.
